Nestled in the quiet majesty of Canmore, Alberta, this 2.5-hour mini-retreat is designed to be a high-vibration "reset" for your soul. Unlike large workshops, this is a semi-private gathering limited to 8 participants, ensuring a sacred and personal environment.

The Experience
Our time together begins with a custom-crafted herbal tea, specifically blended to support energy movement and intuitive openness. As we settle into the mountain energy, I will lead the group through a guided meditation and collective energy healing session to clear out the heaviness of daily life.

Channeled Guidance
The heart of our retreat is the individual channeled messages. Each guest will receive a direct message meant specifically for them. There is a unique magic in the group dynamic; often, the wisdom shared for one person resonates deeply with the entire circle, providing "Aha!" moments for everyone present. You are welcome to ask a question for your channeling if there is something specific you want guidance on, or simply remain open to what source has to share with you.

Intention
Channeling aligns us with our deepest self, with the truth that supports us on our path of aligning with our highest potential. Sometimes the messages feel new to us, we may not be ready to receive them as we are clinging to old unsupportive beliefs. Sometimes they feel very familiar, as you have already been receiving this message from your own intuition. We trust that whatever comes through is what is most needed at this time to help you on your path. We surrender any judgement, and take what we are ready to leave with. Anything else that was shared we may be ready for later when we have made space for it.
